TANGO's staff has a wealth of experience to bring to its partnerships. The core staff has both academic and implementation agency backgrounds, and are able to combine these knowledge sets to provide quality support. Their experience includes strategic planning, holistic livelihood diagnosis, problem analysis, opportunity analysis, project design, survey design, evaluation planning, logframe (Logical Framework) development, participatory monitoring and evaluation in both rural and urban settings. Our staff also covers a range of disciplines including anthropology, economics, agriculture, agricultural economics, environment, food security, and nutrition.
In addition to the core staff, a cadre of consultants can be readily accessed, depending upon the needs of the client. These consultants are people that TANGO staff have worked with extensively over the years. They represent some of the best technical resources that can be brought to bear on development issues.
